The oldest studio in Ft Lauderdale features The Barkan Method of Hot Yoga. Diego will be leading a strong Hot Vinyasa Flow with Live Sacred Music. Richard plays Bamboo Flutes from India and China, Tablas (drums from India), Udus (Clay Pots from Africa), and a Balinese Gong, along with ambient tracks from his original CDs. Barbara offers a deep wealth of Yogic alignment work and a light heart during a flow of poses in a 90 degreee studio.The studio is quite large with a high ceiling. It’s a great space for live music and Yoga. I’ll play Bansuri (Indian), Egyptian, and Dizi (Chinese) bamboo flutes, American Indian Flute, Alto Flute, Tablas (Indian hand drums), Udus ( African Clay Pot), and 2 huge Balinese Gongs. Week-long retreat on the island of Ibiza
