Filmmaker Jon Braely used 11 cuts from five Yellow Bell CD's for the soundtrack to his documentary The Empty Mind. The film won "Best Florida Film" in the 2004 Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival (FliFF). The twelfth piece features Richard Brookens on the Dizi (Chinese bamboo) flute, Clay Pot, Shekere, and Indian Brass Bells. This is the one new piece: (Mushin) - never released before - composed and performed by Richard as Yellow Bell. This CD is a Yellow Bell sampler that represents the best of the relaxing, meditative music from five Yellow Bell CDs -; Jazz/World Fusion: Svadharma, bamboo dynasty, Kundalini Meditation: Sa Ta Na Ma, Meditation/Relaxation: Lake Melva Meditation and Rain Trance..
"If you have yet to experience Yellow Bell's music this would be a great introduction to an emerging catalogue of fine spiritually engaging acoustic music for the discerning ear."
